I had a water backup that resulted in water damage in my finished basement, hallway, and bathroom. Power Dry was out here within 45 minutes of my call. Everyone was friendly and professional! They explained the process and gave me a pamphlet with more information and some pictures to know what to expect. They got to work quick and tore everything up that was damaged. They took pictures to see where all the furniture was so they they could put everything back in its place once restoration is complete. They set up their machines and were out of the house in about 3-4 hrs. I filed the insurance claim while they were here and they asked for sketches, measurements, prices etc. Thankfully, I was told I didn’t have to go back and forth between them because their adjuster would handle that and all they needed was my claim number. They handled most of the communication and Cced me on the emails. I had a rough start that day but they really did make the situation so much easier than what I thought it would be. I definitely recommend Power Dry to anyone in a similar situation.

Power Dry was set up by our plumbing company after they left a piece off of the repair and the water ran overnight from the bathroom to our garage. Power Dry explained what they would do very thoroughly and professionally. They stayed on top of their work, detailed every visit , when they were coming and what they did each time. I would totally recommend them in every way!

Unfortunately, We have had two water leaks in one month, so have had PowerDry out twice!!! We were so impressed with their work, professionalism and communication that we chose them for the second leak as well. Both times, 2 different managers, but the same great service. Would definitely recommend them for all water damage. They know what they are doing!!

We discover the hot water tank leak on Sunday morning. It had already done its damage. They were there assessing on Sunday. I would highly recommend this company to any one. God forbid we have another issue, but if we do we will be calling PowerDry.

Clyde and his team from PowerDry arrived within an hour of being contacted by our plumber. A burst water pipe was a new experience for us, but from start to finish, we were put at ease by their professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency. Do yourself a favor and include PowerDry in your list of emergency contacts.

PowerDry responded quickly to my request for cleanup from the backup of the floor drain in my basement. They arrived within an hour of my call and had the job done within an hour. Then they left behind 3 fans and an air filter to dry the floor and sanitize the air. The fans ran for 2 1/2 days. The noise level was loud but tolerable. They moved my dryer back to it’s designated spot per my request after removing their equipment. The job they did was great, timely and professional. If I have another situation like this arise, I will definitely call PowerDry again in the future.

I would highly recommend Power Dry. There are not too many companies out there that exhibit their high-level of professionalism. This was my experience with everyone across the board, i.e. initial call handler, administrative staff, management, and each and every employee (and there were many) that came to the house every day or two for two weeks to check on the progress. From beginning to end, a most enjoyable experience!

I would Highly recommend Power Dry. Had a water line break that flooded our basement. Spoke with Brittany in the office who set up the appointment time and communications of what was being done. Chris Hales came in inspected the area and damage, and told us what to expect. Within a few minutes, Brad and Greg came in and went to work. Pulled out all damaged drywall, baseboard, carpets and padding. Set up all the fans, dryers and filters, cleaned up and were out in no time. Very Professional. In a couple of days, Landon came out to check on the drying progress and explained what he had done, and when they would come back to pick up the equipment. Justin returned the next day to remove half of the fans and dryers explained there were still a few damp areas he wanted to dry a little longer. Nick followed up lastly to remove the rest of the equipment showed me that all the areas were within the dry readings, and left. Every single stage was smooth with little disruption to our daily duties, and Always On Time!!

Power Dry handled my water damage quickly and efficiently! I was really impressed with how quickly they came to my home, especially since it was the week of a holiday. They also took the time to explain everything to me so I understood their plan moving forward.

From first phone call to first visit was less than 2 hours even though I have never used them and houses were flooding all over the city. Every employee I dealt with was courteous and professional. I was distraught thinking of the damage to deal with, but they were sympathetic and calm through it all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
