He has been in the restoration business for 25 years. Ed says this is a rewarding job - he likes to take care of somebody's house that is flooded; he loves being the hero. |

Chad Nichols has worked for Power Dry since January of 2004 and is a Crew Chief. He is certified in Carpet Repair and Installation, and Carpet Cleaning. Chad is married and has two daughters, ages 9 and 6. He enjoys restoring old cars and juke boxes, wood working and collecting antiques. Chad likes the variety of work and getting out into the field to meet new people in new situations. He also enjoys working for a top notch company that strives to stay on top of the industry. |

Adam Denis is recently married to his wife Christina and has three children, two girls ages 4 (Cyrstin) and 2 (Jamie) and one son 5 months (Jordan). He enjoys shooting pool, playing outdoors with his kids and riding motorcycles and four-wheelers. Adam enjoys working for a company that really knows what teamwork is. |

Octavian Muncaci is a technician with Power Dry. He is a certified water damage restoration technician and is also certified in carpet cleaning. Octavian has been working in the restoration business since 2004. Octavian enjoys golfing and playing sports. He's excited about being a member of the Power Dry team and strives to provide each customer with the best service possible. |

Borja Lemos is a technician with Power Dry. He has lived half of his life in Europe and the other half in the United States. Borja loves sports, his family and his dogs. Borja likes to stay upbeat and motivated to help each home owner by doing the best job he can. |

Terri Mingucci has been the Office Manager at Power Dry for seven years. She has worked in accounting and client service related areas for 27 years. Terri has one daughter and two granddaughters with whom she loves spending time. She enjoys going with them to Cheer Competitions and Dance Recitals. One of her own passions is dancing and she finds long rides on back country roads very relaxing. Terri enjoys working for an employer who knows how to show his appreciation for hard work. |

Tracy Ryle has been at Power Dry since 2007 as Assistant Office Manager. She lives in Raymore, Missouri with her husband Jay and two children, MacKenzie and Alex. Tracy's oldest son, Corle, is in the Air Force and is currently stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys watching her kids participate in softball and taekwondo. Tracy enjoys talking to customers who are in the middle of a crisis, and dispatching the technicians to the rescue. |
